NTPC signs deal to supply power to Gridco

MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) – India’s state-owned power utility National Thermal Power Corp. Ltd. (NTPC) said it has signed an agreement with Gridco to supply power from its 1,320 megawatt Barh project (Stage-II).

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

NTPC is setting up the NTPC-Barh Stage-II project in the eastern state of Bihar.
